Class Refund Policy

Individuals who cancel a SEEC class registration more than 7 business days prior to the start of the class are eligible for a full refund.  Between 7 and 3 business days, the registrant is subject to a $30 cancellation charge.  Within 2 business days of the class, no refund will be given.

Attendee substitutions or transfers may be made before the start of the class without penalty. 

Class Cancellation Policy

SEEC classes are subject to cancellation/postponement if enrollment is insufficient.

Attendance Policy
To receive full credit, all students are required to attend the entire class from beginning to end, each day or time segment that the class is held.
 
Registration information is kept on an Attendee Information sheet showing the Name, contact information and appraiser license numbers, where possible, of the individuals registered for the class. The Attendee Information sheet will be retained for a minimum of 5 years after the date of the presentation of the subject course.
 
Information about the instructor of the course, including the years of experience related to the subject matter of the course and the number of years of experience teaching the subject matter to be taught will be kept by SEEC.
